I’m a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Douglas Elliman Real Estate and a proud member of The Enzo Morabito Team, serving clients throughout Long Island and the Hamptons. Before real estate, I built my career in branding, marketing, and web design. As the founder of The Foxsy Designs, I spent years helping businesses position themselves, tell their stories, and stand out in competitive markets. That experience now gives my real estate clients a unique advantage, especially when it comes to marketing and positioning a property. I don’t believe selling a home is simply about putting it online and waiting for a buyer. I look at what makes a property compelling, who the right buyer may be, and how to present it in a way that creates attention and connection. As part of The Enzo Morabito Team at Douglas Elliman, I combine my marketing perspective and personal approach with the experience, market knowledge, resources, and reach of an established Hamptons real estate team. Whether I’m representing a seller, buyer, landlord, or investor, my approach is simple: listen first, communicate clearly, be strategic, and never treat someone’s home or investment like just another transaction. For me, real estate always comes back to people, understanding what matters to them, protecting their interests, and helping them make confident decisions about what comes next.
